Anu Taila - Urdhvajatrugata Rogas & Sensory Nourishment
Anu Taila is a revered classical Ayurvedic oil primarily used for Nasya Karma (nasal administration). It is formulated to nourish, cleanse, and protect the organs and channels above the clavicle (Urdhvajatrugata Pradesha). Prepared in a Tila Taila base with Aja Dugdha, Anu Taila penetrates deep into the Sukshma Srotas of the head and neck region, making it highly effective in both preventive and therapeutic care.

How to Use
Nasya (Primary Use)
Dose: 2–6 drops in each nostril, Time: Morning (empty stomach) or as advised
Procedure: Gentle facial massage and mild fomentation before instillation. Patient to lie in supine position with head slightly tilted. After Nasya, mild gargling and expectoration are advised.
External Application (Supportive Use)
Local massage over the neck, shoulders, upper chest, and facial region in dryness or stiffness. Always administer Nasya under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.
Safety & Precautions
- For external and nasal use only
- Avoid Nasya during acute fever, cold, sinus infection, or immediately after meals
- Not advised in pregnancy unless specifically indicated
