- Valid practitioner credentials may be required during verification.

- Your payment is securely held.
- Funds are released to the seller only after delivery is confirmed & no queries from practitioners within 24 hours from goods received.

- All classical products are available at bulk pack in portal.

Yes. 3pmCIRCLE offers a Custom Formulation Tool, where you can select herbs, specify proportions, choose the dosage form (churna, vati, lepa, oil, etc.) & Quantity. Our backend team of SUN CONSULTATION/Authorised Alliances will guide, coordinate and help to ship the formulation.
Yes. Practitioners can upgrade anytime to Premium Membership to access advanced features and professional tools.
Yes. Practitioner data is handled with confidentiality and secure systems, following applicable data protection and IT compliance standards.
All manufacturers on the platform are GMP-certified and AYUSH-licensed. Products are listed from verified facilities which compliance for batch-level tracking, testing documentation and packaging standards.
Absolutely. You can order medicines like churnas, vatis, oils, ghritas, asavas, etc. in bulk packs (500g, 1kg, 100 tablets) at special prices with options for customized packaging and clinic branding.
As per Indian regulations, Ayurvedic doctors can dispense Ayurvedic medicines directly from their clinics without a retail drug license provided they are dispensing to their own patients and not selling commercially.
Yes. Once a formulation is approved and created, it is saved in your account. You can reorder with one click—with the same packaging and formulation specs.
Yes. Your doctor dashboard includes live order tracking, dispatch updates, and automated invoice downloads. You’ll also receive notifications at every step.
Yes, you can select private labelling option at product purchase page and if manufacturer can supply then at your dashboard you will get the quotation instantly. At your dashboard when you approve at your dashboard then our team will help you.
Currently, registration as basic membership is free. For Premium membership you can find subscription plans with value-added features at registration form or at dashboard as Upgrade.
Yes. We sign NDAs with our backend manufacturing partners, and all custom formulations are treated as strictly confidential. Your formulation purpose & special instructions are linked to your doctor ID and not visible to others. Only composition and process details will be shared to manufactures for having right quotation.

Yes. You can either choose from classical text-based formulations, modify existing combinations, or design your own custom proprietary formula using ingredients allowed under the Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia. Our team ensures it complies with regulations at complete manufacturing solutions.
If you're working with a licensed third-party manufacturer, you do not need your own manufacturing license. You only need a branding/marketing agreement with the manufacturer and an FSSAI license or trade license depending on the product category.
Both are similar. In third-party manufacturing, the manufacturer makes products under your brand name using their own license. In contract manufacturing, you may be more involved in providing raw materials or formulation details, but the manufacturing license still belongs to the partner.
It depends on the product type. Typical MOQs are:
- Tablets/Vati: 50,000–2,00,000 Tablets
- Churna: 100–200 kg
- Syrups: 2,000–3,000 bottles
- Some manufacturers offer low MOQ batches for startups.
For 2–3 products, your starting investment can range between ₹6 to ₹8 lakhs, depending on MOQ, packaging, and complexity of formulation.
Yes. We (SUN CONSULTATION) offer label regulatory compliance checks so your labels are legally sound. Rest you can design your product label using your best imagination.
The average timeline:
- Formulation finalization: 3–7 days
- Design approval: 3–5 days
- Manufacturing + Testing: 15–30 days
- So, your first batch can be ready in 30–45 days.
Testing is usually done by the manufacturer as per AYUSH norms. You can request COA (Certificate of Analysis) for every batch for assurance and transparency. or If you want to test product then our partner laboratory would help for that.
Yes, but exports require additional documentation compliance based on the target country. We can guide or connect you with export facilitators.

The platform operates strictly on a B2B "Trade Bulk Supply Only" model. Retail or direct-to-consumer sales are not supported.

Yes. You can list multiple pack sizes and pricing tiers (e.g., 10g, 50g, 100g, 500g, 1kg) under each SKU for proprietary medicines. For classical medicines you there would be only bulk packs are permissible at this phase. This helps entrepreneurs and doctors choose based on their needs.

- Doctor outreach campaigns, conferences & webinars.
- Advertising modules to promote products
- Self-dispatch (manufacturer-managed shipping)

Shipping charges and responsibilities will be pre-agreed during onboarding.
