Yes. 3pmCIRCLE offers a Custom Formulation Tool, where you can select herbs, specify proportions, choose the dosage form (churna, vati, lepa, oil, etc.) & Quantity. Our backend team of SUN CONSULTATION/Authorised Alliances will guide, coordinate and help to ship the formulation.

Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium Membership later?

Yes. Practitioners can upgrade anytime to Premium Membership to access advanced features and professional tools.

Is my data and professional information secure?

Yes. Practitioner data is handled with confidentiality and secure systems, following applicable data protection and IT compliance standards.

How does 3pmCIRCLE ensure product quality?

All manufacturers on the platform are GMP-certified and AYUSH-licensed. Products are listed from verified facilities which compliance for batch-level tracking, testing documentation and packaging standards.

Can I buy medicines in bulk for self-dispensing?

Absolutely. You can order medicines like churnas, vatis, oils, ghritas, asavas, etc. in bulk packs (500g, 1kg, 100 tablets) at special prices with options for customized packaging and clinic branding.

Do I need a pharmacy license to dispense medicines from my clinic?

As per Indian regulations, Ayurvedic doctors can dispense Ayurvedic medicines directly from their clinics without a retail drug license provided they are dispensing to their own patients and not selling commercially.

Can I reorder my custom formulation?

Yes. Once a formulation is approved and created, it is saved in your account. You can reorder with one click—with the same packaging and formulation specs.

Can I track my orders?

Yes. Your doctor dashboard includes live order tracking, dispatch updates, and automated invoice downloads. You’ll also receive notifications at every step.

Can I get medicines with my clinic’s name and branding?

Yes, you can select private labelling option at product purchase page and if manufacturer can supply then at your dashboard you will get the quotation instantly. At your dashboard when you approve at your dashboard then our team will help you.

Is there a subscription fee to use the platform?

Currently, registration as basic membership is free. For Premium membership you can find subscription plans with value-added features at registration form or at dashboard as Upgrade.

Will my formulations remain confidential?

Yes. We sign NDAs with our backend manufacturing partners, and all custom formulations are treated as strictly confidential. Your formulation purpose & special instructions are linked to your doctor ID and not visible to others. Only composition and process details will be shared to manufactures for having right quotation.

Who decides pricing?
