How to Use
Adults: 6–12 gm with milk
Dosage should be adjusted by an Ayurvedic practitioner based on Agni, Bala, and the condition.
Safety & Precautions
- Not advised in uncontrolled diabetes due to sugar & honey content
- Avoid during acute diarrhea or indigestion
- Avoid in pregnancy unless advised by a qualified practitioner
- Use cautiously in patients with high Ama, severe obesity, or Kapha aggravation
- Store in a cool, dry place; keep the lid tightly closed

Dosha-Based Indications
- Vata Disorders: Chronic anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, apasmara tendencies, neurological weakness, stammering, and speech developmental issues. Brahmi Ghrit is Vata-shamaka and nourishes Majja Dhatu.
- Pitta Disorders: Emotional irritability, overthinking, anger and exam-stress with Pitta aggravation. Use smaller doses and combine with cooling herbs (e.g., Shatavari).
- Kapha Disorders: Brain fog, slow cognition, lethargy and dull memory. Combine with mild Deepana-Pachana before starting full dose.

- Appearance: Dark brown, semi-solid, smooth sugary-lehya consistency.
- Texture: Soft, sticky, slightly oily due to ghee & honey.

- Taste: Madhura with slight tikta-kashaya undertones from Ashwagandha and Sariva.
