Haridra Khand – for Skin Wellness & Allergy Management
Haridra Khand is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation known for its effectiveness in supporting healthy skin, calming allergic tendencies, and promoting immune balance.
Prepared using Haridra (Turmeric) as the chief ingredient along with selected herbal powders, ghee, and sugar base (as per reference text or manufacturer’s specification), this formulation works synergistically to reduce Pitta–Kapha aggravation, purify the blood, and strengthen the body’s natural defense system.

How to Use
Adults: 5–10 g once or twice daily. Children: 3–5 g once or twice daily (only under practitioner supervision). Best taken with warm milk – for skin nourishment & Vata-Pitta balance & warm water – for Kapha-dominant presentations
Safety & Precautions
- Contains sugar; use cautiously in diabetes (require modified dose or alternative forms)
- Avoid excessive dosage in persons with very high Pitta heat
- Not recommended during pregnancy unless advised by a qualified practitioner
- In cases of active liver inflammation, use with precaution due to ghee/sugar content

Dosha-Based Indications

Contraindications / Caution

Practitioner Tips
- For best results, assess Ama, koshta, and Prakriti. Haridra Khand works optimally when Ama is addressed first. Combine with Guduchi or Manjistha for chronic allergic conditions and with Trikatu for Kapha-heavy presentations.

- Appearance: Soft granulated powder; yellow to golden color, Slight oily texture if ghee-based
