Kanchanar Guggul Vati is a classical Ayurvedic formulation traditionally used to support thyroid wellness, lymphatic cleansing (Kapha–Medo shoth), and the healthy functioning of glands, tissues, and metabolic pathways.

How to Use
Adult dose: 1–2 tablets, 2–3 times daily after meals. With warm Water – for Kapha / metabolism support, with Guduchi or Neem decoction – for lymphatic detox or with Fresh Ginger juice – for Ama & sluggish thyroid. As directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner
Avoid cold, heavy, and Kapha-aggravating food during use.
Safety & Precautions
- Not recommended in pregnancy
- Use cautiously in hyperthyroidism
- Avoid during active bleeding disorders
- Patients with gastric irritation should take with ghee or after meals
- Keep out of reach of children
- Store in a cool, dry place

Dosha-Based Indications
- Kapha Dominance: Hypothyroid symptoms, weight gain, lethargy, swelling, congestion, glandular enlargement, PCOS, fibroids, cystic formations. Ideal combination: Trikatu + Punarnava + Varunadi Kashayam
- Pitta Dominance: Fibroids/endometriosis with inflammation, lymph swelling with heat sensation. Combine with: Guduchi, Yashtimadhu, Chandraprabha Vati
- Vata Dominance: Nodules with dryness or pain, PMS with constipation. Combine with: Dashmool, Hingvastak, Erand Taila

Contraindications / Caution
- Pregnancy & lactation
- Hyperthyroidism
- Gastritis or active peptic ulcers
- During strong Pitta aggravation
- Patients taking anti-coagulants or thyroid hormone must be monitored
- Avoid in severe dehydration or fever
Practitioner Tips
- Best results are seen when used continuously for 8–12 weeks, along with diet correction.
- Encourage patients to avoid: Cold foods, Curd at night, Heavy Kapha foods & Excessive sugar
- Warm water + light dinner improves therapeutic outcomes.
- Assess Ama—if high, begin with Deepana-Pachana before starting Kanchanar Guggul.

Ask a sample before a bulk purchase, to quickly judge by checking the general parameters of quality which may differ from the reference:
- Appearance: Brown to dark brown tablets, smooth or slightly rough surface
- Odour: Characteristic resinous aroma of Guggulu, Mild herbal, slightly smoky fragrance
- Texture: Should be firm, not brittle. Breaks cleanly under pressure
- Taste: Kashaya (astringent) + Tikta (bitter)
- Aftertaste : Slight katu (pungent)
