Overview

Kushmand Khanda/Avaleha - Calming, Cooling, Nourishing Respiratory & Pitta-Pacifying Avaleha

Kushmand Khanda is a classical Ayurvedic Avaleha prepared with Safed Kohda (Ash Gourd / Kushmanda) as the chief ingredient, blended with Ghee, Honey, Sugar, and a synergy of warming Deepana-Pachana spices like Pippali, Sunthi, Marich, Dalchini, Elaichi, Tejpatra, Dhaniya, and Safed Jeerak. This formulation is traditionally used in conditions arising from excess Pitta, respiratory irritation, dry cough, heat-induced vomiting, excessive thirst, low weight/strength, and fevers. Designed as a nourishing, cooling, and restorative tonic, Kushmand Khanda is known to soothe internal heat, strengthen the lungs, support digestion, and promote healthy tissue formation.
