How to Use
Adults dose, 1–2 tablets twice daily after meals. Dosage may vary based on age, Agni, and condition. Anupana: Warm water (general), jeera water (for Kapha retention concerns) & honey + warm water (for metabolism support)
Safety & Precautions
- Avoid in pregnancy unless supervised by a qualified practitioner
- Use cautiously in hemolytic disorders, high Pitta, or active bleeding tendencies
- Monitor iron levels in patients on iron supplementation
- Not recommended in acute diarrhea, severe dehydration, or acute gastritis
- Keep out of reach of children

Dosha-Based Indications
- Vata–Pitta Type Pandu: Low appetite, fatigue, dry skin & light-headedness. Dose: Lower dose + ghee-based Anupana
- Pitta–Kapha Type Pandu: Heaviness, swelling, reduced metabolism & nausea. Dose: Normal dose + honey/warm water
- Kapha Dominance (Shotha / Water Retention): Puffiness, sluggish digestion & lethargy. Dose: Higher side + warm water + Punarnavasava

Contraindications / Caution
- High Pitta conditions (ulcers, severe gastritis)
- Acute inflammation
- Active hemorrhoidal bleeding
- Iron overload disorders
- Very high BP with Pitta aggravation
- Pregnancy (unless supervised)
- Infants
Practitioner Tips
- For patients with low Agni, begin with half-dose for the first 3–4 days.
- Combine with warm water or Trikatu for better absorption in Kapha individuals.
- In Vata-prone patients, add cow’s ghee or Drakshasava for balance.
