How to Use
- General Dose: 1–2 tablets once or twice daily
- Common Use: At bedtime with warm water

Anupana (Co-administered with):
- Warm water – for constipation & detox
- Ghee – for Pitta conditions, acidity

Dosha-Based Indications

Contraindications / Use with Care:

- Evaluate Koshtha (bowel tendency):
- Mridu Koshtha: start with low dose → 1 tablet

- Krura Koshtha: 2–3 tablets, possibly with warm milk/ghee
- For detox programs, recommend minimum 6–12 weeks of continuous use.
