How to Use
Adult dose, 1–2 tablets, once or twice daily with warm water, warm milk, or as directed by physician. For Ama conditions: Prefer warm water or Trikatu decoction. For chronic Vata conditions: Prefer warm milk or Dashmool Kwath. Dosage may vary by practitioner recommendation based on disease stage, Agni, Ama, or the patient’s Prakriti.
