Welcome to 3pmCIRCLE, an initiative by SUN CONSULTATION, designed exclusively for the stakeholders of Ayurvedic Industry. By joining our platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.
1. Eligibility
- Membership is open only to registered medicinal practitioners, Ayurvedic doctors, or qualified healthcare professionals.
- By registering, you confirm that you hold a valid license/qualification to practice in your respective jurisdiction.
- SUN CONSULTATION reserves the right to request proof of credentials at any time.
2. Membership Benefits
As a Basic member of 3pmCIRCLE, you may avail:
- Explore verified Ayurvedic Products
- Buy in bulk packs at an exclusive rate
- Ask for a Sample before a bulk buy
- Review products
- Cite a valid link to research published online of a classical product & get a discount coupon.
- Secure Payments unit delivery is confirmed through the Escrow Facility
- Meet with the community through Webinars / Workshops
- Practitioners can inquire about third-party manufacturing or private labelling of any desired product.
- Third Party Coordination Service (Check on details below)
If As a Premium member of 3pmCIRCLE, you may avail:
- One Year Premium Membership from the date of approval or as offered by management.

3. Membership Usage Rules
- Membership is non-transferable and meant only for personal/professional use of the registered medicinal practitioner.
- Practitioners agree not to resell, misuse, or misrepresent samples, tools, or content accessed through 3pmCIRCLE.
- Information, pricing, and access provided on the platform are confidential and may not be disclosed to unauthorised parties.
4. Accessibility of services
- Explore verified Ayurvedic Products: Medicinal practitioners can scout GMP-certified classical/proprietary products, ask for samples before bulk purchase, and inquire about private labelling.
- Buy in bulk packs at an exclusive rate: Medicinal practitioners can buy bulk packs from direct manufacturers or marketers for self-dispensing.
- Ask for a Sample before Bulk Buy: Medicinal practitioners can ask for samples to test the quality of the product before bulk purchase; the samples could be free or paid as per company policy. Practitioners need to pay the amount for the paid sample and the courier charges. For free samples, only courier charges need to be paid at the time of ordering the sample.
- Review products & get discount coupons: Medicinal practitioners can write a product review.
- Secure Payments unit delivery is confirmed through the Escrow Facility:
- When a Medicinal Practitioner orders goods from the platform, at that time the amount will be transferred to the platform’s escrow account.
- When the manufacturer delivers goods to a medicinal practitioner, and if within 24 hours any complain received from the medicinal practitioner, then the amount will be held until the resolution is made.
- If there is any disagreement on the order or any claims between the parties, the platform is not liable for any settlement.
- However platform is liable to deduct platform fees and revert the transaction to the medical practitioner.
- If the order is delivered and there is no objection within 24 hours of the delivery, then the amount will be transferred to the manufacturer after deducting platform service charges.
- As basic member practitioners need to pay 2% of the order value for third-party business, while for premium members, this service is free.
- Meet with the community through Webinars / Workshops: At some intervals 3pmCIRCLE will organise workshops or online webinars for education & awareness about Ayurvedic medicinal practices.
- Practitioners can inquire about third-party manufacturing or private labelling of any desired product:
- Medicinal practitioners can have the classical or proprietary medicines under their own brand name and dispense to recognise their clinic brand.
- Practitioners need to respect the minimum order quantity that the manufacturer can supply.
- A practitioner can scout a product desired for private labelling and place an inquiry.
- As basic member practitioners can not access the offer rate & compare for third-party business, that right is reserved for premium members only.
- Third Party Coordination Service:
- 3pmCIRCLE would help practitioners to connect withthe manufacturer and support for documentation and the required regulatory requirements. For premium members, dedicated support will be provided.
- Practitioners need to pay additional charges for all mandatory expenditure like document preparation for product permission, agreement charges, government fees & other service charges which may apply. For premium members special discount of service will be provided.
- For this task, a separate invoice will be sent to the practitioner for proceeding. After a successful transaction for drafting the agreement, team 3pmCIRCLE will align the practitioner with the manufacturer.
- Coordinating both parties, prepare a draft for the agreement and conclude all terms for business.
- Deposition of business value to the escrow account, release payout as per planned terms and timelines on approval.
- 3pmCIRCLE team will arrange to coordinate with both parties for smooth business.
- If any dispute arise then the practitioner and manufacturer need to respect the agreement made before commencing business.
- If any other services are required by any party, need to be discussed separately with the SUN CONSULTATION team.
- Custom Formulation Designing Tool Access: Only premium membership practitioners can design a custom formulation by accessing the tool, where they can give details about their composition, process details and special comments. 3pmCIRCLE team will coordinate and fulfil the inquiry by following legal terms.
- Cite a valid link to research published online of a classical product & get a discount coupon: Only for premium membership; Medicinal practitioners can cite the link to research published on the product. On a valid link practitioner will get a discount coupon by 3pmCIRCLE, which he needs to utilise before the validity expires. Coupons can be redeemed at the time of purchase checkout. Two coupons can not be clubbed, or multiple coupons are not valid for a single purchase.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- 3pmCIRCLE provides tools, resources, and opportunities for professional networking and product testing, but does not substitute professional judgment, prescriptions, or clinical decisions.
- SUN CONSULTATION and 3pmCIRCLE are not liable for:
- Any medical decisions or outcomes based on the use of products/services sourced via the platform.
- Any product misleading, spurious or adulterated by the supplier.
- Any adverse reaction, misuse, or misapplication of classical or proprietary medicines sampled or purchased.
- Third-party claims, marketing practices, or representations made by manufacturers or suppliers.
- Practitioners are responsible for ensuring that the products they use, prescribe, or recommend are compliant with local regulatory and ethical guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, tools, and features of 3pmCIRCLE are the intellectual property of SUN CONSULTATION.
- Practitioners may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform’s features without written consent.
7. Data & Privacy
- Practitioner data will be used solely for providing membership benefits, platform improvement, and necessary compliance.
- SUN CONSULTATION may share non-sensitive data with partner manufacturers only for sample delivery and bulk order processing, with the practitioner’s consent.
- If a practitioner is ordering with their exclusive ID and proceeds with payments, then It is to be understood as a practitioner’s consent.
8. Platform Fee
- By using 3pmCIRCLE for purchasing classical or proprietary medicines, the practitioner expressly agrees to pay any applicable platform fees as determined by SUN CONSULTATION at the time of purchase.
- Platform fees are separate from product costs and are charged for services including product access, sampling campaigns, bulk purchase facilitation, technical support, and community features.
- The practitioner acknowledges that platform fees are non-refundable.
- SUN CONSULTATION reserves the right to revise the platform fee structure at any time. Continued usage of the platform after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised fees.
- Current Platform fees: 5% of total bill value. (Updated in November 2025)
9. Custom Formulation Development & Fulfilment Services
- If a practitioner opts to use the Custom Formulation Designing Tool and expresses interest in having the formulation manufactured and fulfilled:
- The practitioner agrees to bear all additional expenditures related to the project, including but not limited to:
- Product documentation.
- Laboratory testing and quality validation.
- Regulatory or statutory compliance costs.
- Packaging, labelling, and certification expenses.
- All such expenditures must be paid in advance before initiation of the fulfilment process.
- SUN CONSULTATION, on behalf of the practitioner, may assist in scouting and coordinating with suitable manufacturers, drafting agreements, and managing the fulfilment under an escrow-based service model.
- For providing these facilitation services, the practitioner agrees to pay any applicable service fees to SUN CONSULTATION, as determined at the time of engagement.
- These service fees are independent of platform fees and non-refundable once the service has commenced.
10. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Practitioners may request a return or replacement only if:
- The product is damaged during transit, or
- The product is not as per the order specifications or fails to meet the declared standards.
- Conditions for Return/Refund:
- Practitioners need to pay the transition cost for any purchase made via the portal.

- Returned products must be unused and in original packaging, unless the issue relates to internal quality or damage.
- If the claim is validated, 3pmCIRCLE will facilitate replacement, credit, or refund, at its sole discretion, within a reasonable period.
- Refunds will be processed only after confirmation from the supplier/manufacturer.
- In case of sampling products or custom formulations, refunds will not apply, except in cases of verified damage in transit.
- SUN CONSULTATION and 3pmCIRCLE shall not be responsible for:
- Practitioner dissatisfaction due to subjective outcomes or therapeutic expectations.
- Non-compliance with storage instructions or mishandling after delivery.
- Delays in refund processing are caused by third-party logistics or manufacturers.
11. Additional Practitioner Responsibilities
- By joining 3pmCIRCLE, practitioners agree to:
- Use the platform strictly for professional purposes and not for resale to unlicensed third parties.
- Maintain ethical standards in the use, testing, and recommendation of products sourced through the platform.
- Abide by all applicable local, state, and national laws governing the purchase, use, and prescription of Ayurvedic and allied medicines.
- Acknowledge that all purchases are at their own professional discretion, and SUN CONSULTATION bears no responsibility for clinical outcomes.
12. Payment & Renewal
- Basic Membership is free.
- Premium Membership requires payment per year (non-refundable).
- Renewal reminders will be provided 30 days before expiry.
- Non-renewal will automatically downgrade membership to Basic.
13. Termination of Membership
- SUN CONSULTATION reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without prior notice if:
- Misrepresentation of practitioner status is discovered.
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions occurs.
- Activities against the reputation, safety, or ethical standards of 3pmCIRCLE are identified.
14. Indemnification
By joining 3pmCIRCLE, the practitioner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SUN CONSULTATION, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from:
- Misuse of the platform.
- Prescription, recommendation, or application of products sourced via 3pmCIRCLE.
- Breach of applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions.
15. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
16. Modification of Terms
- SUN CONSULTATION reserves the right to amend, update, or discontinue any part of 3pmCIRCLE services and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
